My husband purchased this app for our security camera but we havent been able to make it work, when we asked for help we were told that we must have been doing something wrong but according to the instructions everything is fine; weve tried everything with no luck. We installed a FREE app and it worked right away. Im very disappointed, especially with their "technical support", Id really want my money back but iTunes said all their sales are final.

Once the camera is set up, getting this application to work with it was pretty easy. It mostly does what you would expect with some odd issues from time to time that are perhaps operator error. One strange bug, the program lets you email a picture from the camera. However, Ive never been able to actually have the picture sent with the email. If I save the picture to the camera roll, and then email it, it works just fine. I can only conclude this is a problem with the program, and the major reason I rated it 4 stars over 5. There is a support forum, but its not been very active and so far, not very useful once I got the camera working. The developer does seem engaged to some degree, although the application has not been updated since Sept 16, 2011 although on the forums he does seem to give responses that indicate enhancements are coming. If all you want are the basics, it works well. I just want more!

It totally works. Maurice I love you.Your a genius. But you have to work on your communication skills. People ask for help from the developer and they expect a response. We pay good money for this app. Really....

Works good best ip cam viewer Ive used, but needs iPad app and audio support.

Great app! Works incredibly well and exceeded my expectations.

Overall this is an excellent app. It works very smoothly. However, its missing two-way audio to allow you to speak to, and listen to your baby. This is a very important feature for many people. In my case, its the main reason why I purchased this particular camera model. Please add that capability as soon as possible. Thanks!!

But The câmera moves too fast when controlling it manually.

I have no Idea how one makes the camera available for internet access. However, I purchased the camera specifically for two way communication using the built in speaker and microphone. This application does not support audio, therefore, I can not ever use it as intended.....

This app does not work as advertised due to lack of instructions. I am unable to access my camera over my 3G network as advertised. I will change rating as soon as someone helps me and these cameras work as advertised!!

This app allows me to do ALMOST everything I can do with the VERY BASIC software that came with each of my five cameras-I dont know what someone with less computer knowledge than myself will be able to do, as set-up is not very intuitive. The wizard did not work, the ".hk" website for Internet access didnt work-so, as long as I am on home network WiFi, this app will do the basics.... I dont know what Im going to do about when Im away other than set them to record and review the video later if something happens,....wish I had Internet access and camera power ON/OFF capability though,...

I love the features for the cameras and its user friendly interface.

Works just like it says, setup was simple and connection is great.

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS.its useless..look up ..easyn f..its free..it does everything

Took awhile to config, works fine

I just dumped money for an app that I thought would have sound! It doesnt. I want a refund.

Just bought this app after tired of messing with the free one. Get what you pay for! Beats the pants of the free ones! Love the zoom and one click loading!

Hi What about iOS 7 adjustments ??

Love the app, but the buttons that control the movement of the camera need help. Sometimes they work great and sometimes theyre horrible. They wont work at all or one tap will move the camera way too far.

All thats needed is audio and an app specific to iPad. Otherwise, its a great app.
